P. Megan Andrews (Megan) – she/her/hers – is a Registered Somatic Movement Educator and Therapist, and Certified Movement Analyst, currently training in Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy. She is passionate above movement, communication, and wellness. She believes in the simplicity of listening and values emergent process. In her work, she meets people – and their bodies – where they are at, and invites a gentle process of change toward ease, release, and rebalancing.
Megan brings together over 30 years of contemporary dance performance and movement study, and 25 years of university teaching experience, with her practices in movement analysis, non-verbal communication, somatic awareness coaching, and developmental repatterning. She holds a PhD in communication and cultural studies with a focus on movement and perception.
She grew up in Maple Ridge, spent 25 years in Toronto, and currently lives in New Westminster with her family.
