Registered Massage Therapy

Registered Massage Therapy is a regulated healthcare profession that uses hands-on techniques to assess and treat the body’s soft tissues and joints. RMTs are trained to address a wide range of conditions, from muscle tension and tissue injury recovery to stress management and chronic pain. Therapeutic benefits include improved circulation, reduced muscle soreness and stiffness, enhanced mobility, decreased stress and anxiety, and support for injury prevention and rehabilitation. By promoting both physical healing and relaxation, massage therapy helps restore balance to the body and supports overall health and well-being.
